COMPOSITION SHINGLES - Available in a wide variety of styles and colors to match your home. Modern composite roofs come with long (20-50 year) warranties and a Class “A” fire ratting. An excellent value!

TILE - Tile offers a very stylish appearance that’s a perfect complement to many homes. In addition, it is an extremely hearty roofing material, with a long (40-50 year) life expectancy.

MODIFIED BITUMEN - These offer a very flexible and strong membrane, often using only two or three layers of material. Perfect for patio covers and flat roofs.

BUILT UP ROOFING SYSTEMS - Provide a relatively economical, sturdy, and long-lasting all-around roof for commercial and industrial buildings. It gets its strength from multiple layers, usually at least four. This redundancy makes for a time proven, economical system, especially suited for new or re-roofing.

ROOF COATINGS AND MAINTINANCE SYSTEMS - Theses are called for if the existing roof is basically sound. These applications will extend the life of the roof and have the additional advantage, in lieu of a complete re-roof.
